Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing times may extend.
Shipping destinations
Catastrophic Industries ships within the United States and internationally, including 250+ countries/regions, where carrier service is available.

Some destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, local restrictions, or service disruptions.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Delivery times begin after your order ships (they do not include processing time). At checkout, you will see the available shipping services for your address.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States (Standard): 3–7 business days after shipment
United States (Expedited): 2–3 business days after shipment (where available)
International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by destination and customs clearance)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when provided by the carrier).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins.
Customs, duties, and international taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly shown at checkout.
Customs processing can delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages depending on packaging needs, warehouse availability, or carrier constraints. If split, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Damaged, lost, or delayed packages
Damaged items: Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include photos of (1) the shipping box, (2) packing materials, and (3) the item(s).
Lost packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist where possible.
Delays: Carrier delays can occur due to weather, peak shipping periods, customs processing, or service disruptions.
